I signed up for T.Hunder Light TV and now I am unable to sign into my account on my smart TV at home. It is asking for a username and password and I am not sure what that is ru was told I would get a separate email with a sign in code different from my billing code. I am now paying for a service i cannot use. I am frustrated!

Once a customer is subscribed, they'll be able to log in either via password or link. If they opt to sign in via link, they'll enter their email address on the login page, and then receive a link in their email inbox (this email is not customizable).
